Not at all. Our luggage storage is open to all travellers passing through Interlaken, whether or not you're staying with us.
No — no reservation is ever required. Just walk in during opening hours and we'll store your bags straight away. For very large groups it's courteous to give us a quick heads-up, but it's not necessary.
All sizes. From small daypacks and handbags to large suitcases, ski bags, and backpacks. If you have something particularly oversized, just drop us a message ahead of time.
For a few hours, a full day, or overnight. The rate is a flat day rate — CHF 10 for large bags, CHF 5 for small. For overnight or multi-day storage, just let us know when you drop off and we'll arrange it.
You pay on arrival when you drop off your bags. We accept card and cash (CHF). CHF 10 per large bag per day, CHF 5 per small bag per day. Overnight storage is an additional CHF 10.
The station has lockers, but they fill up quickly during peak season and are one-size-only — large bags and suitcases often don't fit at all. We offer staffed storage with no size restrictions, overnight options, and payment only when you leave.
We're 1 minute from Interlaken Ost. Follow the underpass inside the station towards the boats — when you exit, we are directly opposite across the road. It's a short, easy walk with your luggage.
